China Entry Visa

We provide China Visa service by mail for your convenience. Since the Chinese Consulate do not accept mail-in visa applications, we can help you to submit your visa application to Chinese Consulate on your behalf regardless which state you reside. However, please be advised that our service will not affect the result of your visa application in anyway. One of the Chinese Consulates (or the Chinese Embassy) will be the only authority to officially issue you a Chinese visa. Our service save you one to two trips for physically visting one of the Chinese Consulates in the Unite State.

Note: For U.S. passport holder, visa types and prices have changed since June 2010.

New Visa Forms

The NYC Chinese Consulate is requiring new visa application forms for all applications. The details can be found on the Consulate website. Please follow the Instructions (click to view) in completing the Visa Application Form.

You will need to send the followings to us:

1. Your passport with at least 6 months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page for visas left (12-month validity for Z, X, and other visas)
2. Completed Visa Application Form. You can download the blank one-year Visa Form(V.2011A). If you are applying two-year Chinese visa, please download this two-year Visa Form. If you cannot open the form, please download and install the Acrobat Adobe Reader(r).
3. If you are applying for work visa or student visa, or if you are not a US citizen, or if you will be accompanied by anyone who shares the same passport with you, you also need to complete the Supplementary Application Form V.2011B.
4. One 2”x2” passport photo affixed (glued or stapled) on the visa application form. The consulate accept only STANDARD passport photo with both ears visible.
5. Non-US passport bearers shall provide documents that entitle them to reside or work for an extended period of time in the US.
6. An applicant who was born in China is required to submit his or her Chinese passport or last foreign passport with a Chinese visa when he or she applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport.
7. Copies of all your previous approved Chinese Visa pages on your passport.
8. Your money order or personal check for the total amount payable to Lecture & Tour International Travel.
9. Self-addressed stamped envelope. For security concern, traceable mail will be highly recommended (Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL), in case you want mail us your application.
10. If it is the first time you apply a visa for your child under 18, you must include your child’s birth certificate and your alien registration card or your passport.

1. Tourist visa: $70 (for Taiwan passport holder, 4 photos required and take 12 business days)
