After you receive your confirmed reservation by email,
please verify the details of your itinerary. Then call us
or faxes Credit Card Charge Authorization Form to us for
purchasing tickets, we will issue your tickets and send
them to you soon. To verify your reservation status, please
click the web link in your email.

Most airlines take major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. US carriers also accept Discover.
For those tickets, we will email you a credit card charge
authorization form to be signed and faxed back. In the case
that the airline or the ticket type requires non-credit
card payment, you will be asked to send us a cashier's
check or money order or personal check.

It depends on the airlines and fare types, some requires
same day ticketing, and some allows 3-day hold. The trend is
that the lower the fare is, the shorter the holding time is.
14-day hold is fading out. If your departure date is within
a week, the airlines may require same-day ticketing. Fares are
not guaranteed until ticketed since airlines require us to use
the fares at ticketing time. For your benefit, we advise you
to purchase your tickets as soon as possible, on the day of
booking or within next day if possible.

Most of our discount tickets have severe penalty imposed by
airlines for cancellation or change of outbound departure date.
The penalty amount varies with airlines and fare types. Usually,
the penalty is in the $200 to $300 range. Sometimes airlines
restrict sale fares to be non-refundable.

For most tickets, you have to contact travel agency who sold
tickets to you for change or refund tickets before your travel
but penalty and service fee will apply vary $200 to $300. We only
can accept check for ticket change or refund. Once refund is
approved by airline, the amount you paid by credit card will
automatically return back to your account.

Yes, for most airlines. You need to call the airlines prior to
72 hours before your departure date to reconfirm your flights.
You need to do so before your return trip as well. We will provide
you the airline phone numbers on your itinerary. It is always
recommended to call the airlines to double check their final
schedules for any changes the airlines may have made after you
purchased the ticket.

For most airlines, the maximum free baggage for international
travel is two pieces per ticketed customer and each piece is not
to exceed 50 pounds/23kg... Size of checked luggage should not
exceed 60 linear inches (length, width and height). Size of a
carry-on bag should not exceed 45 linear inches (length plus width
plus height). Fees for baggage more than 50 pounds/23kg or
exceeding the maximum linear dimensions vary by destination.
